School becomes increasingly demanding as students grow.
They are expected to manage more subjects, more assignments, more complex material and eventually prepare for major examinations. At this stage, simply telling a student to “study harder” is not enough.
Students need to develop the skills, habits and mindset that allow them to manage their academic work effectively and become increasingly independent learners.
Through ongoing academic success coaching, students learn how to:
Subject tutoring helps a student understand a particular subject or topic. Study Pro focuses on how the student approaches their academic work: how they plan, study, organise their time, prepare for assessments and take responsibility for their learning.
Study Pro does not replace a subject teacher or tutor. Instead, it works alongside the academic support students already receive by helping them develop the skills and habits they need to make better use of that support and become more independent learners.
Students receive a regular one-on-one virtual academic coaching session focused on the skills, habits and behaviours that support academic success.
Students learn to organise their time, set goals and create effective routines for their academic responsibilities.
Students apply effective study strategies to their schoolwork and independent learning between coaching sessions.
Progress, study habits and areas for development are reviewed so students know what to work on next.
Over time, students develop greater confidence, responsibility and independence in how they approach their education.
Monthly virtual coaching sessions providing personalised guidance and support based on the student’s academic needs.
Guidance on what to work on, when to work on it and how to approach academic responsibilities.
Practical strategies including effective note-taking, active reading, summarisation, questioning, memorisation and other approaches to learning.
Students set goals, work towards them and receive ongoing support and feedback to help them stay consistent.
Parents receive insight into their student’s progress and guidance on how to support their development.
Students develop skills that extend beyond school, including organisation, time management, responsibility and independence.
Founder, Student Inspired | Certified Academic Life Coach
Ms. Dami is a Certified Academic Life Coach who helps students develop effective study skills, independent learning habits and the confidence to become successful independent learners. She is also an educational consultant who advises families on school selection, subject choices, academic transitions and university pathways.
Her approach is centred on helping students develop the skills and habits that allow them to manage their learning more effectively, rather than simply providing answers or completing work for them.
“Before she began coaching, I was worried about her ability to cope independently at boarding school. I see my dreams for her coming true and I am so happy with her progress.”
“I am glad my daughter attended the Study Pro coaching program. She has learned how to study better on her own and her grades have been improving gradually since then.”
“Before enrolling my son in Study Pro, he really had no interest in studying. He was only interested in playing video games. After the program, he is now more eager to study. I look forward to him making even more progress on his own. His grades are better than before, thanks to Ms. Dami for putting this together.”
“My child struggles less with procrastination after attending Study Pro. I have seen great changes. She is now better at planning and managing her time.”
We are helping them develop the skills, habits and confidence to manage their academic work more effectively as the demands of school increase.
Study Pro gives students the guidance, structure and accountability to develop these abilities over time.
